Vendor Fees:
Vendor fees are non-refundable. Vendors who cancel in writing more than 30 days in advance will be credited toward a future show.
Returns and Refunds on Products:
To be eligible for a refund or replacement of an order, you must:
- Contact The Cardboard Exchange TCG as soon as possible (within 48 hours) after the order has arrived to request a refund or replacement. Email support@cardboardx-tcg.com with your order details, the reason for your return, your desired outcome (partial refund, return, full refund, credit on future order, etc.), and the amount of your order.
- You will be responsible for the costs associated with your return (envelopes, labels, etc.). The item(s) must be received back to The Cardboard Exchange TCG, LLC within 15 days of the date the return was initiated, or the refund will be void.
- The item returned must be the same item that was purchased and will be verified upon receipt of the return.
- Once the item is returned and verified by The Cardboard Exchange TCG, we will initiate a refund to the original form of payment used for the purchase. We will NOT refund using a different form of payment than what was used for the original purchase.
- Please note that refunds and returns are not offered for products that change in price after purchase. Returns may be rejected if The Cardboard Exchange TCG suspects fraud, theft, malice, or deceit.
- Buyer’s remorse, characterized by changing your mind about a purchase after placing an order, does not qualify for a return or refund. We encourage our customers to carefully review all product details and specifications before making a purchase to ensure satisfaction. If your decision to return a product does not stem from buyer's remorse but rather issues like condition issues, or receiving an incorrect product, please contact us for assistance.
- Writing "Return to Sender" on a package or refusing a package to send it back without first contacting us does not qualify you for a refund. To be eligible for a refund, an item must be returned in accordance with our approved return procedures, which require initiating contact with us to discuss issues with the order and receive authorization for the return. The Cardboard Exchange TCG, LLC must authorize the return of an order before you send it back.
Changing an Order:
- If you need a change made to your order you should contact The Cardboard Exchange TCG, LLC as soon as possible after placing the order to try to have us adjust or cancel it before the order has shipped. Usually there is at least a 12-hour window after the order is placed to try to adjust some items or to cancel your order in its entirety. However, there is no guarantee that you will be able to reach us before the order has shipped.
- If your address was input incorrectly and you do not contact us before your order has been marked as shipped to provide an updated address, you are not eligible for a refund. You will need to make arrangements with your post office to reroute delivery, or you will need to contact someone at the address that you provided to locate the order. We will only ship items to the address listed on your order (unless you have reached out to update that address within the time specified) and it must match the shipping address provided by PayPal if you pay using PayPal. There are no exceptions to this policy.
