The Cardboard Exchange TCG is a small business that offers a wide range of trading card games such as Pokémon, Yu-Gi-Oh, Lorcana, One Piece, and more! We are looking to provide an all-inclusive community of cards! We have a brick-and-mortar location in North Ogden and host a number of trade card shows in Northern Utah, featuring mostly TCG, Sports and other collectibles.
To create an account on our website, simply click on the 'Sign Up' button on the top right corner of the homepage. Fill out the required information and follow the instructions to complete the registration process. Once you have created an account, you can start subscribe to updates about our upcoming shows, apply to be a vendor, and be the first to know about coming events!
Select “Vendor Application” from the menu above. Follow the steps to apply and keep your eye out for a confirmation email from support@cardboardx-tcg.com The vendor application is only needed ONE time to become a vendor. If the information you provided on your original vendor application is no longer accurate, email support@cardboardx-tcg.com the details of what needs to be updated (change in phone number, email, address, logo, etc.)
After your vendor application has been approved, you can select “Vendor Booking” in the menu above. Select the show you want to join, and fill out the requested information. Payment is due at the time of booking. If you are wanting to reserve more than one table, add multiple bookings to your cart before checking out. If you only book and pay for one single reservation, you will only have one table reserved at the event.
We provide the venue, marketing, and table for each event. Our events in SLC come with a 6-foot table with a black table cloth and one single chair. Our events in Ogden come with an 8-foot table with a black table cloth and NO chairs. If you need chairs, please bring your own. We partner with Taqueria La Tapatia to bring a taco truck to each event. Vendors will get one single voucher for EACH table booked that gives them 2 free tacos and a free drink during the two-day event. The voucher can only be redeemed once so if you choose to not use it the first day, be sure to use it on day two!
You should get an email confirming your booking instantly. You should also see the existing bookings when you log into your account. You will get an email from support@cardboardx-tcg.com a week before the show that includes detailed instructions, vendor table layout assignments, social media material, and anything else you would need for the show. Be sure to add support@cardboardx-tcg.com to your contacts to ensure you get all communications related to the show.
We post vendor spotlights on Instagram and Facebook within 2 weeks of the show dates through the days leading to the show. If you haven't sent us your logo/image, we do not spotlight you. If you wish to be spotlighted, email support@cardboardx-tcg.com with your name, company name, logo, and social media @ so we can tag you in the vendor spotlight. This must be done no later than 4 days before the first day of the show you are vending in.
SSN, ITIN, EIN or an SSE (Special Event ID) are required by the state of Utah for all special events for the purpose of paying for sales tax. If you are not willing to provide this sensitive information (SSN, ITIN), you may contact the Utah State Tax Commission for a Special Sale Event ID Number (SSE) that can be used as an Account ID instead of your SSN or ITIN. The Tax Commission may be contacted by calling (801) 297-6303 or by email - specialevent@utah.gov We cannot accept vendors without having a SSN, ITIN, EIN, or SSE.
